Assamese Thalli
Our traditional assamese plate is made up of n alloy metal called "Kanh". A royal or most respectful version of plate with bowls to serve with. The thalli has Steamed rice, Dal with khar , some fried prawns,Maansor Jol ( chicken wit gourd), and a deep fried fish marinated overngt in bambooshoot water. Fresh curd wit a gulabjamun so melt the spiciness that will occur while having the full meal.
